2018 CAPS-AC TASTING SCHEDULE:

The CAPS-AC Tasting Committee has finalized our tasting events for the first half of the 2018 calendar. In keeping with tradition, we will continue to hold our tastings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month… with a couple extra exclusive events as well!

As always, each will be a fun, educational, wine tasting evening led by sommeliers and wine professionals and a great opportunity to network with other oenophiles.

This year, we will focus on bringing in more guest speakers to lead the tastings to the benefit of the education portion of our events.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of wine knowledge and we welcome new and seasoned members alike.

CAPS-AC MODULE ONE : SENSORY DEVELOPMENT & WINE STYLES

For all those in the Moncton, NB area who are interested in starting their Sommelier studies, CAPS-AC will be offering the first module Sensory Development & Wine Styles on Sunday, November 05, 2017!!

The course will be offered over 5 Sundays under the tutelage of instructors Simon Rafuse, Carman Mills & Mark DeWolf.
