CAPS-AC Tasting Tuesday October 24: Blind Tasting with Maura Casey!

“The Road to Nationals with Maura Casey” 

It was only last month that we had our regional competition and Maura was celebrated as our top competitor! Now she goes ahead to compete in the National competition: Best Sommelier of Canada!

To prepare for the competition Maura has been preparing by working through many blind tastings and she's welcoming guests to join her as she evaluates and tastes through 6 wines providing tips on how to blind taste like a champion. Each wine will be evaluated by appearance and Maura will walk you through clues on typicity, aroma, aging, acidity and tannin structure. Each guest will also be given a copy of our CAPS-AC Tasting Grid developed by our educators.

• $45 members / $55 non members
• Seating is limited to 22 guests
