CAPS Atlantic invites you to a Sunday lunch and seminar of "Tasting Climate Change" with Michelle Bouffard!"

Tasting Climate Change is one of the leading conferences on the issue in the world, and this will be the first time it will be held outside of its home base of Montreal, Quebec. Tasting Climate Change is happy to partner with the local food and drink industry to present a one-off seminar on the impact of climate change in the wine industry, which takes place in Nova Scotia.

LUNCH, LOCAL PRODUCT TASTING, SEMINARS & PANEL DISCUSSION (SUNDAY APRIL 23, 12 - 5 PM)

What can consumers do to reduce their carbon footprint? What criteria should they consider when purchasing their favourite beverage? Michelle Bouffard shares her advice while guests enjoy a plethora of samples of delicious local wine, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks with a grazing style lunch provided by Lightfoot & Wolfville. After lunch Michelle Bouffard is joined by local and international experts to explore sustainable solutions for Nova Scotia’s craft beverage industry.
