Members Only Event - an Education in Chocolate and Wine with chocolatier Julien Rousseau-Dumarcet! We’re so excited to partner with Rousseau Chocolatier for an exclusive CAPS-AC members only event this Tuesday Feb 28 with Julien Rousseau-Dumarcet as he introduces us to the world of chocolate and leads our group on an info session of artisanal chocolate from seed to bean to region and everything in between! We will of course be pairing wine with his selections as well! Be prepared to sample six different chocolates and six different wines selected and introduced by Dave Pieroway. After the tasting we will finish the evening with coffee and members are invited to shop around and can purchase additional chocolates for at home tasting When: Tuesday Feb 28 Time: 6-8pm Where: Rousseau Chocolates - 5151 South Street Members: $35+hst We maintain waitlist for all our tasting events. If you are registered for an event but will not be attending, please contact Ann Miller (annemiller@ns.sympatico.ca) as soon as possible, so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. Refunds can be provided to those who cancel at least 48 hours before the event. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you cancel because of illness or isolation requirements.
