Join us for an evening of good company, wine, and food prepared by the board of your Atlantic Chapter of CAPS. The event is an Italian-influenced fundraiser to send our national competitors to the Pan American Competition in Mendoza, Argentina. Canada has a history of showing very strongly at these events and is currently the home of the World's #1 female sommelier, Veronique Rivest. This year’s competitors look to follow in her footsteps and bring further prestige to our association, and Canadian wine culture.
You will experience a four course dinner prepared by members of the CAPS Atlantic board and served by our students. There will also be a silent auction and blind tasting booth. Tickets can be purchased here, and are $55 for members, $65 for non members. Secure the best deal with a table of 8 for $350.
