"Mel" is the Director of Restaurant Operations for RCR Hospitality Group. A graduate Sommelier, she has been on the board since 2013. Her passion for wine and food is obvious and enthusiasm on the subject infectious. You can find her helping with tastings and giving support to the education committee.
