Carman Mills, a certified Sommelier, is an active participant in Atlantic Canada’s wine community. A long time instructor for the CAPS certification program for Atlantic Canada, Carman is a passionate wine and spirits educator and judge. He was involved in the development of Nova Scotia’s recent Appellation Tidal Bay and sits on the Independent Tasting Panel. Carman conducts corporate and private wine tasting seminars and when time allows, writes on various aspects of wine and spirits.
